Error Tracking

See the errors your visitors never report.

Your app’s own errors, grouped, counted and sent to you in seconds — with the line that broke, the request and what happened just before.

Error Tracking

How it works

  1. Connect the SDK

Your developer adds the official Sentry SDK for your stack — or keeps the one you have — and points it at AxoWatch.

  2. We group and count

The same error becomes one issue, however many times it happens, with the number of events and the people affected.

  3. You hear about it in seconds

A new error or one that came back — you’re notified in seconds, without the spam.

What you get

Every error, with the whole story.

Not just a line in a log: where it broke, who hit it and what to do next.

  • The line that broke

The stack trace with your source lines, the request, and the queries and steps before the crash.

  • Who hit it

A visitor, a bot, a background job or our own monitoring — each error says where it came from.

  • Errors that come back

A resolved error that happens again is reopened and flagged as back, not lost among the new ones.

  • A fix task for your AI agent

One click and AxoAgent packs the error into a task your agent can take, fix and close with a note.

Questions

Short answers to what people ask before they start.

Do I need to replace Sentry?

No. AxoWatch speaks the Sentry SDK protocol: if your app already uses the SDK, point its DSN at AxoWatch and nothing else changes.

Which platforms are supported?

Anything with an official Sentry SDK that reports errors: JavaScript and its frameworks, Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby, Go, Java, .NET, Rust, Elixir, Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native and more. Native crash dumps are not read yet, and minified stack traces are shown as they arrive.

What about personal data?

Passwords, tokens, cookies, card numbers and keys are removed before anything is stored. A user is kept only when your app sets one itself.

How long are errors kept?

Events are kept for 30 days.
